Thanks for sharing your experience. Have you done many reboots on your 
system ?

The first time I've hit the problem was after two weeks of deployment 
doing no more than 2 reboots a day (I was doing a lot of modifications 
to the setup and I wanted to check that the system was working OK after 
a reboot).

When reproducing the problem with a fresh OpenBSD install and an 
automatic reboot every two minutes, I've hit the problem a first time 
after less than 10 reboots, and a second time after less than
45 reboots.
