Most wifi cards have 2 antenna connectors, and some 802.11n even have
3, so yes, connect both antennas to the same card and enjoy.
I'm no wifi expert, but I think that at least 2 antennas are needed
for MIMO, and they also provide something called "diversity".

So actually the 2 holes in the net4521 case are just perfect.
I wish the net5501 case also had 2 of those holes.
