[Soekris] failure building nanobsd with FreeBSD 7.2

nanoBSD started barfing on me as well in buildworld, with a slightly  
different error.  Removing
WITHOUT_NLS=YES
WITHOUT_NLS_CATALOGS=YES
WITHOUT_NETGRAPH=YES
from CONF_WORLD fixed it for me.  I don't think all of them needed to  
come out, but I haven't had time to trace further.
