i have a fujitsu mht2080bh wich works fine, and it has (soppusedly) the same
specs as your disk, except that its 80 GB and yours are 120...
mine doesnt have a jumper for decreasing SATA speed to 1.5, and its working
fine alone, and with a CF sandisk too... im able to both boot from HDD and
CF if i like...
