[Soekris] wrong IRQ on 5501 board with PCI USB board

Hi,

I have a 5501 board with a PCI board containing a Via USB controller (it
is actually a Hauppauge Nova T500 DVB board with two Dibcom USB tuners
and a Via vt6212l USB controller).
I have installed Debian via PXE and everything works fine until I
install the PCI board. With the board plugged I get tons of kernel
errors like:
usb 3-1: device descriptor read/64, error -110
uhci_hcd 0000:00:0e.0: Unlink after no-IRQ? Controller is probably using
the wrong IRQ

(usb 3-1 is the EHCI USB2 device corresponding to the board hub)
The board is assigned IRQ10. The issue looks a bit similar to a previous
posting regarding problems with a Digium TDM board.
As a probable side effect of PCI / IRQ routing misconfiguration, if I
plug in the board eth0 no longer works, but eth1 does work.

I have tried booting with irqfixup, irqpoll, all sorts of ACPI flags (is
there ACPI support at all in the board?) without success. Can someone
help?

Thank in advance,
