[Soekris] console hang/pxebooting OpenBSD 4.4

ah, thanks for the pointer. i was looking at that, but was grepping on
pxeboot, not serial. and looking at CVS, it doesn't look like anything
has been checked into the tree for a while, so i don't think pxeboot is
to blame.

in my initial query, i may have neglected to mention that the hang
occurs just after `set tty com0', and before i enter the speed setting.

i just tried it having copied the 4.4 copy of pxeboot back into the tftp
root, and hitting a carriage return at the boot> prompt. it hangs at
`entry point 0x200120'.
