[Soekris] Net5501: USB devices & attach/detach events

I was in FreeBSD 7 and was having issues. Same Soekris 4801. Even having
it between a 7.0 Toshiba laptop and the Soekris 4801. (I upgraded my laptop
JUST to see if it would have the same problem as the Soekris. It did.) I had
ANOTHER Toshiba (Same model, different variant... memory... cpu... but the
motherboard was the same otherwise) running 5.3 and the stick worked fine
there.
