Yeah it is kind of sad here in the US, but it's the capitalist system
:). If you don't like the support, don't buy them anymore. I sent
Soekris an email about this issue (the second time around) and no
response yet. I've got 5-10 more people interested in our solution
involving the net5501, but perhaps I should look at PC Engines instead?
Kind of sad to go with another vendor after nailing down a nice
solution, but that's life.
