Are you sure this is an IRQ conflict?  When I have seen problems like
this, it is usually a hardware issue with the card.  This is a
fascinating card, but it appears to use quite a bit of power.  is the
auxiliary power connector attached?  Can you use a voltmeter to check
the supply voltages on the card?  See if you get different results with
the module boards unplugged.  Have you plugged it into a standard PC to
see what happens there?
