VMware does not run on FreeBSD, but a Debian Linux with VMware Server
should work (not tried though). That way you don't even need a
graphics card in that machine. Administration could be done using the
VMware Server Console on another Linux or Windows Machine or by
installing VNC inside that Win98 VM.
