[Soekris] net5501-60 CF not detected on cold boot

Hello,

I am having the same issue as was reported to the list already.  With
certain 5501s the CF is not detected when the unit is first powered on
but shows up after reboot is passed to combios.

Currently we have 20 or so units on hand that exhibit this behaviour
while 3 or 4 work as expected.  Actually in the units that work the card
is detected as the slave device but it does see the card when powered
up.

When it doesn't work this is what I see on the serial console:

The strange part is if I put a hard drive in there (80G sata western
digital) the CF is detected without issue.

The card is an Adata 1GB speedy compact flash.  I have 200 or so, so I
really need them to be detected properly.

I noted the serial numbers for the units that I could get at and it
looks like they are all from the same lot.

Working boxes: SN: 145774, SN: 153514 and SN: 158171 (this is a 5501-70)
