[Soekris] Bulging capacitor with net5501

I've recently purchased a number of net5501-70 boards and at least
one of them has a bulging capacitor (C149), with some electrolyte
leakage:

The board, however, appears to be stable. I've been using the model
31321215 (1.5A US/Canada 110v) power supply off of a surge-protected
line conditioner/UPS.

I can just replace the capacitor, but should I worry about the power
supply itself?
