[Soekris] SATA & Coreboot

I have two things:
A) Will coreboot ever run on the Soekris 5501? It has already been
ported to the CPU/southbridge, just needs to be ported to the board.
Someone from Soekris engineering could easily do this. Coreboot has many
features that I would love to have. Also, Combios is buggy, and just
seems to be more trouble than it is worth.

B) My Soekris has a CF card and a SATA drive. It doesn't recognize the
SATA drive about 90% of the time. Any ideas regarding this? I've already
tried primary/secondary.
