[Soekris] 5501-70 intermittantly fails to start with constant error light

I've seen signs that the 5501 is a tad more picky with respect to
power than the 4801, but I have not been able to determine if it
is because of usage pattern (ie: short/taller power usage spikes)
or sensitivity to external disturbances.
