[Soekris] 5501-70 intermittantly fails to start with constant error light

OK so it would appear the problem is sorted. I'm now using a 13.5V
1.8A solid transformer-style PSU (non switch-mode) and fingers crossed
it has not had a boot failure since. So i think from now on I'll stick
with these power supplies (unfortunate given their size and weight).
For those of you in Australia, the PSU came from Jaycar and the
catalogue number is MP3212. Thanks to Pontus for the pointer.
