[Soekris] problem with lan1641 and Linux kernel 2.6.25.4 on net5501

Hello,
has anybody a working configuration for 
Linux kernel 2.6.25.4 on net5501 with  lan1641?

I have the problem that eth5 and eth7 don't work

root at debian:~# ifconfig eth7 up
SIOCSIFFLAGS: Device or resource busy

For me it looks like an interrup problem. I've tried a lots of different configs, but only
other kernels are working. 

Any help would be great.
