[Soekris] 5501-70 intermittantly fails to start with constant error light

Just a followup:

This is now fixed - thanks to a member pointing out the fact that the
OS was changing the baud rate (setting the BIOS to 9600 was the simple
way around this). Unfortunately this still leaves the intermittent
failures.....
