[Soekris] 5501-70 intermittantly fails to start with constant error light

The soekris apparently can handle 5V to 25V, so you shouldn't be having
problems with low voltage, but perhaps you could try a different voltage
PSU. A quick search in the archives shows that people have managed to
fry their soekris with 24V psu, so perhaps you should not go to high.
