I drive a GPS 18 LVC using pin 10 of JP3, the COM2 connector. This is no
substitute for proper specifications, but it has worked well for me, and I
haven't let out any of the magic smoke. The 5V on pin 10 is not in the
manual but is confirmed by Soren here:
