[Soekris] Soekris net4801 and the SMP power supply, lot's of failure

we are using lots of net4801 with the small SMP switching AC/DC
power supply, Part No SBD212.

We have lot's of failures with these power supplies.  After a few
months, suddenly the Soekris won't boot anymore or the LEDs just
keep flickering.  Replacing the PS with a different type solves
the issue.

All in all we had to replace about 20 units so far.  I think there
is a problem with this type of PS, do other users have this
problem as well?
