[Soekris] Net5501 Second USB Port

Does anybody know for sure which internal header is used for the  
second USB port on the 5501?

Previous threads have indicated that JP7 (between the console and  
power connections) is the port, but voltage measurements there don't  
make sense.
Assuming that pin 1 is nearest the JP7 designator, the voltages are  
3.23v, 0v, 3.23v, 3.23v respectively. I am presuming the wiring would be
according to the USB pinout with pin 1-VCC, 2-Data-, 3-Data+, 4-GND.

However, JP8 (with a labeled pin 1) has much more reasonable  
measurements, 1-4.9v, 2-0v, 3-0v, 4-0v

Can someone verify?
