[Soekris] Soekris net5501 boot delay

Confirm , same happens here,
I shut down my box, and when plugged in, I waited like 5 min and nothing
happened.
Once I connected my null serial onto my monitor, it started to  boot up.
Hopefully we get a hint of what is going on.
