[Soekris] high CPU usage for network interrupts on 4801

Didn't know that, good you mention it.
When booting the 4801 I see they're on int 10. The lan1641 pci card has
its four interfaces on int 5 and 11.
I have my ntp server on the 1641 and the upstream connection on the 4801
board, so they're not sharing interrupts. Seems like I've optimised that
without knowing what I was doing. :-)
I had everyting on the 4801 for a while (same interrupt), but I saw
little or no difference.
