[Soekris] fliashing 4526

hello list,

i've got a 4526 and was planning to run it some bsd ... the thing is i'm not
sure how to flash it, should i simply use dd ? is there any other special
way? some "time saver scripts" would be great help over here :)

i dig ed on google, most of the stuff i saw is CF related and i don't see
clearly the solution for the integrated flash card...i guess i need pxe boot
it (made it using a netbsd distribution from www.cuwin.net guys) and then
flash it (they have a upgrade scripts, but did not work on mine getting all
sort of errors)

if time, can anyone point me with some hints?
