Under NetBSD -current, the controller reports Ultra-DMA mode 4
capability, the drive I have is Ultra-DMA mode 5 and they end up
communicating at Ultra 4. Looks OK, if Ultra-DMA mode 4 (Ultra/66) is
actually the top speed of the controller.
