[Soekris] net5501 BIOS Update

Hi Everybody,

I just posted a net5501 BIOS update with:
comBIOS vers 1.32h

   * fixed IDE DMA enable issue on net5501
   * fixed soft reboot issue on net5501
   * change initial clear screen to scroll lines

There might still be issues with Ultra-DMA detect/setting, I would be 
happy to get a few success/failure reports, just email me directly.

Also, I'm still investigating how 40/80 wire cable reporting should be 
done....
