[Soekris] bios upgrade

i inherited a net4511 board and i am trying to update the BIOS from
1.26a to current.

I am in hyperterm under windows and log in great.  I type download and
it prompts me to send file using XMODEM.

I send the file using XMODEM in hyper term and i get "unrequested
response" as the error.

Am I overlooking something or what?
