[Soekris] net4526 & a speaker

Hi folks.

One of the things I need to do with the net4526 is drive an
8 ohm speaker. I actually need about 12 watts of power, but
I realize I won't be able to get that much from this board.
For testing purposes, I'm willing to work with less power.

Anyway - does anybody have a suggestion as to which interface
I should use? I think my choices are getting a mini-PCI sound
card, or using the USB interface. What are the pros and cons?

Is anybody else using one of these cards for an audio application?
