[Soekris] flashdist for openbsd 4.2

Hi, i've updated flashdist for openbsd 4.2.  Also i fixed a long standing
bug where vnd images were not actually bootable due to MBR corruption
by installboot.  I never actually knew this was a problem because i never
used vnd images and i got almost no bug reports so I wasn't even fully
aware of the problem.  Also some other stuff is fixed.  It's at the usual
place.  I've been testing vnd images with qemu and they work fine so I will
release some vnd images on the web site with various configurations.

I also have a NET5501 kernel config that contains only devices that
you'd find on a NET5501 as an example stripped down config.  Unfortunately,
i don't actually have one to test.  If someone could please test it and
let me know if it actually boots and works as expected, I would appreciate
it.  Also it would be nice to get dmesgs from NET5501 and GENERIC for
OpenBSD 4.2 on a NET5501.
