I have a soekris net4801 recently upgraded from comBIOS version 1.28
to comBIOS release 1.29:

(it goes into UKC because the CF is the installation media and disabling
pciide* is advisable before making new filesystems on the internal HDD,
it is the expected behaviour on my net4801.)

Don't know what happens with your 4801-60 units.  Downgrading the comBIOS
to revision 1.28 is certainly not advisable if these units come with the
latest comBIOS release: these units probably have the new BIOS flash chip.

In any case, I do not think it is a comBIOS 1.29 related problem.
