if the proper documentation was available, then this wouldn't be an
issue.  but as it is not available, there is no driver.

OpenBSD didn't ask for time, just specs and docs, nothing else.

no, it won't.  as long as the driver depends on a binary blob, it will
never be incorporated or even ported to OpenBSD.  Not my rule, there's.
