Please stop beating up Hifn.  They were nice enough to just talk to me 
about it, not knowing me from Adam.   There is documentation freely 
downloadable, which I downloaded, and if I were the
right kind of developer, I could make the patches myself.

No company can devote time to every single platform that may want their
stuff.  I love OpenBSD, but it's a teeny niche market, so they're not a
huge priority.   I'm sure you don't see Plan9 people crying foul because
Hifn won't produce a driver for them.

Just be realistic.  Whatever Hifn releases will be able to be ported to
OpenBSD, in due time.
