[Soekris] comBIOS update failure; connected but can't upload. help?

If you updated the ConSpeed setting in your Soekris comBIOS, you have
to go into the minicom Serial port setup and update the bps to match
whatever you set the ConSpeed setting to in the comBIOS.

My personal recommendation is to just leave it set at 9600bps.  That
is the default setting for just about everything.  So unless you plan
on spending a ton of time logged into the Soekris box via the serial
console, I think it's easiest to just use the default value.

However, if you've already set the ConSpeed to 38400, you'll have to
update the Serial port setup in minicom so that the bps matches.  Once
you've done that, you can then set it back to 9600 if you want.
(Which would also require that you set the bps back to 9600 in
minicom.)
