[Soekris] cooling fans for net4801

Hello,
They are quite recent (depending on what recent means). They were bought
last summer from cortexsystems.net.
It came to my mind that I used 60mm fan in my another net4801, because
the 80mm one did
quite not fit with harddisk, so if you use the hard disk, I'd go with
60mm fan. Of course, 80mm
fits fine with hd if installed on top of the case.
I use fans pulling air out, but I think pushing in should work just fine.
My reason for choosing a larger fan for the unit in home was simply to
minimize noise.
I took some pictures of my unit top cover with 80mm fan.

The size of the hole is 75mm, and the vent holes at the other end are 10mm.
Unfortunately the another unit (with 60mm fan) is few hundred kilometers
away, so I can't
get pictures or measures of that one, but I think I used 50mm hole for
the fan.
I hope this was atleast a bit usefull information.
