Their active raiser _don't_ have a PCI-PCI bridge.
The soldered chip likely only handles some of the points to care about.
It still violates PCI specs as all other non bridged riser cards.
Moreover the headers are 5V keyed, but (sigh) has dual voltage notches.
A bridge would allow different voltages on both sides, but this one
has no such thing and is dangerous to use in a 3,3V slot.
