My Livingston broke down recently and I ended up replacing it with
a pair of NetCom811/813 from vscom.de

Highly recommended.

They're nice metal boxes that can be screwed onto a wall, they run
on a wide range of DC voltages and the software is  OK.

One very nice feature is that you can have multiple TCP sessions open
to a single serial port at the same time.
