See the manual (1.2 'Bus expansion'). Obviously the PSU would
need to be sufficiently powerful.

It's not unheard-of for this keying to be incorrect (though
I don't think that's the case here).

yes; for the avoidance of doubt, the RJ45 socket on the PCI card
should go alongside the onboard RJ45 sockets, with a hole cut
accordingly if using the standard case.
