[Soekris] Ram Disk based linux distro ?

Hi,

I am looking for a linux distro that could be PXE booted and which  
the installation never touches the Flash Card. Also I need it to  
include the "prism2_srec" tool, so that I can mass-upgrade some  
radios using senao cards with old firmware.  The radios have a BSD  
base OS in the flash card.

Could someone here recommend such distro? I am looking for something  
similar to flashboot (http://www.mindrot.org/projects/flashboot/),  
but on the linux side.
