[Soekris] Problems updating BIOS on net4801

At this point it's expecting to be sent a file using Xmodem protocol from a terminal you have connected to the serial port.  You didn't give any info about what you have hooked up on the other side to provide the bios file to the Soekris.  I can see you have serial console hooked up.  Have you tried sending the file from the console to the Soekris when you get the "Start sending file using XMODEM/CRC protocol" message?  Or does it time out right away?
