[Soekris] NET4801 Power Limitations

I need to know if the maximum power the 4801 PCI slot and Mini-PCI slot can
supply continuously. The input voltage to J5 (DC jack) will be as low as 10V
and as high as 16V. I'm worried about the following:

1) Can I draw 1500 mA from the PCI's 3.3V bus continuously?

2) Can I also draw 1400 mA from the Mini-PCI power bus at the same time as
1500 mA is draw by from the PCI bus? Together these consume about 10 Watts!

3) So, let's say the PCI and Mini-PCI busses can each supply the respective
currents when the DC input is at its nominal voltage. Will the power supply
"brown out" when the DC input drops to 10V? Will it burn up when the input
goes to 16V and the ambient temperature is +60C?

The Operation Manual suggests looking at the PCI and Mini-PCI specs, however
my questions are about the Net4801 power supply and not really about the
PCI/Mini-PCI busses.

Thanks,

Paul
