[Soekris] net4801 upper voltage range

Greetings All

I have been using an early net4801 on a remote wireless repeater
station for near two years now with a 24v power system. Alas
recently storm damage caused a short circuit and the net4801 was
fried (along with everything else). I am tomorrow going to be
installing the brand-new net4801 I received and just noticed an
inconstancy in the information on the soekris web site. I know that
my first net4801 accepted voltages up to 28volts and the PDF manuals
on the site (dated april 04) still say that, but that the stats
listed on the net4801 web page now list 20v as the max.

Can anyone tell me if the design of the net4801 has changed or is
this a typo on the web site? I am installing the new net4801 this
weekend and do not want to damage it if it now does not accept 24v....

The station is remote and so powered by solar and wind with a large
battery bank, the equipment is powered directly off of the battery
bank so i can not just simply plug in a 120v wall-wart.

Thanks

Sean
