Hi David.
It seems that the CF has changed from primary to secondary(?), is it
possible with a firmware upgrade when no large changes has been
implemented? Ok, it seems that you have access to the comBIOS monitor
yet, that is nice.
Perhaps some information about your net4801 will be useful. Do you
have a HDD installed too or just a CF card? Can you, please, send
the output of the "show" command?
It seems that you are able to boot from the CF (the first stage boot
has no problems, am I wrong?). Perhaps you can play with the BootDrive
and FLASH parameters (FLASH sets the CF to either primary or secondary).
I guess that you will probably need to change the FLASH parameter.
Try setting it to either Primary or Secondary. I suppose that on your
operating system the device that corresponds to a partition is different
for primary and secondary drives.
Awaiting more information on your problem,
Igor.
