[Soekris] Problems with a miniPCI wifi card AG-621 on a net4501

Hi all,
i'm trying to configure a miniPCI wireless card on a net4501 but i have
a lot of troubles. I've tried with debian and now i've installed voyage
dist but still the card stop working after a couple of seconds/minutes
and errors regarding irq appear in /var/log/messages.
Booting kernel with following parameters "noapic pci=noacpi acpi=off
irqpoll" the fault persist but the error that appears in messages change in:

I'd like to know if someone had experienced with this combination net4501 + Zcom AG-621 (that is an Atheros AR5212)
and if this combination works in some unix flavour.
