[Soekris] installing ubuntu server via deboostrap

I didn't see any instructions for installing Ubuntu server on the
wiki, so I wrote the following:

This covers installing to a CF card with debootstrap.  I'm happy for
it to go onto the wiki, if it's appropriate.
