[Soekris] new net5501 - LEDs blinking, no console

Just want to let folks know that the power supply that came with the board
(SMP technology SBD212, 12V 1.5A) is not able to power the board, with the
result above. I tried this without any (mini-) PCI-card or even CF-card
attached.

With a more poweful PS everything is fine.
