[Soekris] Serial at 115kbaud

Hi,

I need to download code trough the serial interface to my net4801. For
example a piece of ~500k take me about 2min at 38400 baud (using
ymodem). So I want to speed up this. I know that I can use 56kbaud
instead, but what about 115kbaud ? I had a look at the user manual, it
says that the maximal "valid value" is 57600.

Does someone has tried 115kbaud ?
Why the BIOS is not allowing 115kbaud ?

 I don't care if I can not see the BIOS running.
