[Soekris] Net4801 can't be powered up

Hi guys ,I have bought a new net4801 board. But when I plugged  in the
DC Jack, nothing happens.None of the leds was light.
I wonder if I have missed some steps, or is there a "switch" thing?
I think i have noticed the ESD problems too.
I appreciate your advices .
