[Soekris] net5501 reset console speed

I received my first net5501 (own many net4801's)

It booted up at 19200 on the console just fine...

I want to install m0n0wall, so I need to set the console to 9600.

I then typed

set conspeed 9600
reset

Now I can't get to the console any longer.

Using minicom I can't find a matching baud rate.

What did I do wrong?

How can I restore the default console speed?
