what is the -mt60 parameter for?  I know that t 60 would mean allow 60 seconds for someone to log in, but what is the m for?

On linux systems that use inittab something like:

co:2345:respawn:/sbin/agetty -mt60 ttyS0 9600 vt102

should do the trick...
