Is there any way to call this from the OS ?

Also, does anyone know if the MFGPT is setup as 
documented by AMD ?  I am trying to get a 
watchdog timer working for the device and not 
having much luck so far. I am going by the docs at

A lot of it is beyond my knowledge, so its a lot 
of "rat in maze" fumbling around so far.
